The first bit of good news for Heroes fans this season is that Kristen Bell will be returning to the NBC show as "Elle Bishop." She's reportedly excited to be "electrocuting people again." The new season will premiere on September 22nd and you better believe that fans are excited to see the return of "Elle," but will fans watch in the same record numbers as last season?
