World Wide Web No Longer Free To All?
Recently, a joint venture by MIT and the University of Southampton known as the Web Science Research Initiative (WSRI) has succeed in partnering with various organizations to promote a simple message: the web must stay open to all. The group has stated that the openness of the internet, which made it a huge success, is now threatened. Is the freedom of the web really in jeopardy?
