As internet use by children becomes more prevalent, schoolyard bullies are taking torment to cyberspace. In fact, many say that internet bullying can be more oppressive than physical intimidation because the impersonal nature of the web assures anonymity, abolishing inhibition and self-restraint. If the practice is so common, will social networking companies step up to help?
