GTA 4 - Rated "M" for a Reason
The release of Grand Theft Auto 4 has reignited an ongoing battle about the impact of violent video games on children. Although GTA 4 is rated "M" for Mature, a spot check by a watch group found that 42% of retailers sold the game to children under age 17, despite claiming that they wouldn't.
