New Trade Center A Towering Challenge?
Despite being made a priority by New York's leaders, reconstruction of the World Trade Center has fallen behind schedule. Insiders estimate the project is $3 billion over budget and several years late. Project managers say that those are guesses wildly overestimate the projects problems. The project is supposed to be completed by the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. Will the deadline be met?
