Time Warner Split: Who Will Benefit?
Cable champion Time Warner Inc. has announced the two major branches of the company have split. Time Warner and Time Warner Cable are expected to perform better independently of each other and become increasingly competitive in the market as a result. Time Warner will receive $9.25 billion of the share payout, sealing the deal for the two companies.
