Stinky Service Not Worth the Charge
AT&T has begun to charge customers for paying their bill in person, with a customer service representative. Remember the good old days before "convenience charges" and those extra fees attached to everything? Too bad you have to pay this ridiculous charge even if the service is less than adequate.
