G8 Emission plans... 40 Years Too Short?
While it's exciting to think that G8 has promised to cut greenhouse gas emissions in half, is forty years too long of a time or too short of a time to really make a difference? If were supposed to see record global temperatures by the year 2100 , doesn't it seem like waiting till 2050 to cut our current emissions in half is too long to wait? And globally, can we really accomplish this?
