Grandma Got Run Over By A Bait Car?
Bait cars are the newest means of catching crooks. Vehicles are monitored by hidden cameras and their design encourages theft through unlocked doors and keys in plain view. An incident in Dallas where a decoy car's engine didn't respond to police efforts to kill it led to the death of an 83 year old grandmother. She was broadsided by the theif and her death is being blamed on the Dallas police force.
