D.C. Sniper: Out Of Appeals?
The "DC Sniper", has written a letter to Virginia prosecutors stating that he no longer wants to appeal his death sentence and wants the state to "murder this innocent black man." One week prior, the US Supreme Court ruled that lethal injections are constitutionally allowed.
