Jackson's 'Thriller' Debt?
Colony Capital, an equity group just purchased the loan on Michael Jackson's 'Neverland' ranch. Jackson, who stands $23 million in debt to Colony is working out a contract in order to regain ownership of the home. A long-term Vegas show may be in the works for Jackson where he could follow in the footsteps of other greats like Celine and Elton John to earn the necessary millions.
