A New Spin On Twins?
A 9 year old girl in Greece made a visit to the hospital that made big headlines. Complaining of stomach pains the child had noticeable swelling on her right side. When doctors removed a tumor they realized that it was actually an embryo in disguise. She was carrying her embryotic twin, a phenomenon that only occurs once in about 500,000 live births. The embryo was a formed fetus with a head, hair and eyes.
