Can Yahoo afford to pass up on Microsoft?
Yahoo is struggling to remain a powerhouse in a changing market and its recent poor performance has led to multiple restructurings of management. Nothing thus far has eased the companies woes or, consequently, the shareholders ire. Yahoo already turned down Microsoft's $47.5 billion dollar takeover bid. Will the shareholders allow another such offer to pass them by?
