Video game publisher EA is attempting to buyout rival publisher Take-Two, creator of the Grand Theft Auto franchise, and they have been attempting for a while. EA recently re-extended the offer's deadline, setting it now for August 18. Take-Two's executives are currently refusing the bid, stating that the $2 billion offer undervalues the company.
