Consumer Guide just released their list of the top cars for 2008. Consumer Guide bases their decisions on price, road test, reliability, and safety. Categories include Top Small SUV, Top Pick Up and Top Small Sedan among others. 2008 had a first...two Korean auto makers made the list. This ain't your mother's Hyundai anymore.
