Baggy Jeans: More Than Just A Fashion Foul?
Police officers in Flint, Michigan, as well as several other states, have begun charging fines to people wearing baggy jeans. They claim the style is "immoral self expression" and that it is offensive to the public. While some people knowingly sag their drawers and expose their boxers, what about others who just can't find a pair of jeans that fit?! Is this new "no baggy jeans" rule fair?
